Our Team
Our team is built up entirely of former educators. We have all worn the dozens of hats and done all the jobs. From lunch Duty to plunging toilets, afterschool programs and taking kids on field trips. We saw and see how hard it is to do everything that is required when running a school.
It is our goal to take the burden off you and the LEA staff so you can focus more on the people that need you. We are passionate about what we do and are thankful that we get to do it.
Because of our background we truly understand the challenges schools and the LEA staff experience and are passionate about supporting solutions and building strong foundations.

Founded by CEO, Shari Herrington, formerly of ACR, Complied Analytix (CA) is dedicated to providing robust State Reporting and Student Information Systems (SIS) support to our clients. Our services can be tailored to your district's needs so you can have as much or as little support in managing things like DAD, DVD, and your SIS Dashboard.

As of June 2024 our team will be comprised of Shari Herrington, Karen Baker-Jepsen, and Essence Johnson. We are a team with over 40 Years of combined experience and are excited by the opportunity to serve New Mexico Public Schools.
We are well versed in a broad variety of Student Data Systems and State Reporting requirements and have been on the ground since the inception of NOVA determining how Local Educational Agencies (LEA) can be best supported through the continued transition to ED-Fi NOVA from STARS.
